Give it a go, Bro

It's always scary to initate something new in your business.  Doubly so, when the economic environment is as difficult as it is right now.  However, 40 years in business have taught me that the best time to start something new is when the market is destabilised.  When existing relationships and behavious are being challenged, it's much easier for a newcomer to get established.

Here are 5 reasons why I think NOW is the time to get your business online.

1. Your competitors are generally spending less on marketing and advertising, than usual.  You can take advantage of this, spend less and still get a higher share of visibility.
2. For most companies, business is slow right now.  You can use the time to think and plan your new online strategy.
3. Suppliers are feeling the pinch also.  Look out for package deals and finance options. Rental or SaaS offerings allow your ecommerce webstore to self fund.
4.  A recent survey found that 72% of New Zealanders purchased something online in the past 6 months.  If you don't have a "shop" open on the internet street, your customers will go elsewhere.
5.   Give it a go, Bro is exactly the right strategy to get us out of the recession.  Despite the "expert" comment around, I believe when it takes off, it will be rapid.  Consumers are delaying purchases because it doen't feel right/safe to spend.  But once it does feel OK, we will get 18 months worth of purchases in 6 months.  Then try getting something new done in a hurry.  You won't.

Solutionists now have "Best Practice" webstore and fashion webstore packages to get your bsuiness online fast and cost effectively.  They can be customised to look and function exactly as required but provide a highly cost-effective start point and very realistic price points.  To make it even easier, we have rental and hire-purchase options.

Demand is already ramping up so if this sounds like something you would want to do, call Frank at Solutionists Ltd on 6303074 or visit www.solutionists.co.nz
